We are currently looking for a Sous Chef.
The right applicant must:
*Be a fully qualified cook/chef
*Be highly trained and skilled in preparation, cooking and service of mid class, honest dishes with focus on local seafood
as well as steaks, vegetarian and vegan dishes, pizzas and pasta's
* Must be an Australian resident or hold a current Australian working visa
*Be willing to commit to a minimum 6 month contract
*Speak fluent English.
*Be willing to work overtime during busy periods.
have a full driving licence
*Be hard working, reliable and trustworthy
